SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME OF PREGNANCY IN A CASE OF A HODGKIN’S LYMPHOMA

24 years, P0+1, known case of classical Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in remission, attended OPD at 28weeks. She was admitted, reassured, referrals done to different departments & planned for management.  She then discharged and followed up regularly & readmitted at 37wks to achieve successful outcome of pregnancy in a patient of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Multidisciplinary team comprising Obstetrician, Oncologist, Pediatrician, Hematologist was instrumental for her management. Emergency LSCS done on 8th November 2023 at 38wks under SA due to fetal distress. A 3.082kg baby delivered, cried after birth.  Intra operative & post operative period was uneventful. Mother & Baby both discharged in a healthy condition on 6th day. Successful pregnancies and fetal outcomes, while maintaining clinical remissions, are possible in women with relapsed Classical Hodgkin's lymphoma (cHL).
