24 years, P0+1, known case of classical Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in remission, attended OPD at 28weeks. She was admitted, reassured, referrals done to different departments & planned for management.  She then discharged and followed up regularly & readmitted at 37wks to achieve successful outcome of pregnancy in a patient of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Multidisciplinary team comprising Obstetrician, Oncologist, Pediatrician, Hematologist was instrumental for her management. Emergency LSCS done on 8^th November 2023 at 38wks under SA due to fetal distress. A 3.082kg baby delivered, cried after birth.  Intra operative & post operative period was uneventful. Mother & Baby both discharged in a healthy condition on 6th day. Successful pregnancies and fetal outcomes, while maintaining clinical remissions, are possible in women with relapsed Classical Hodgkin's lymphoma (cHL).
